Import walkthrough

1. Export from Encircle

Download the Excel Detailed Spreadsheet report with all items included.
2. Create your free Cadastre Home account

Sign up and open Dashboard → Import Encircle.
3. Upload and verify

We map rooms and items. Review AI suggestions and attach any missing receipts.

How it works

Step 1

Open your Encircle Home Inventory file in the web or mobile app.

Step 2

Go to Documents → Generate Report.

Step 3

Choose Excel report type and the Encircle Detailed Spreadsheet template (recommended).

Step 4

Include All Items, generate the report, and download the .xlsx file.

Step 5

Optionally export a Media ZIP from the web app for photos.

Step 6

Upload your export below — we map rooms and items into your Cadastre property vault.

Best results

Use Encircle's Excel Detailed Spreadsheet report with all items included. PDF exports are stored but cannot auto-import rows — re-export as Excel if needed.
